Raegen, originally from the Bay Area in Northern California, has been a devoted Scottsdale resident for over 17 years, where she enjoys life with her husband and three children. A distinguished alumna of the University of California, Berkeley, she holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics. Prior to her career in real estate, Raegen honed her skills in the Investment Banking industry, offering her expertise to prominent firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse) and Charles Schwab.

Her extensive background in investment banking, particularly in areas like statistics, marketing, negotiation, and client service, along with her deep understanding of the Greater Phoenix real estate market, paved the way for her seamless transition into real estate.
