A 2,000-square-foot home could cost around $1,500 to $2,400 a month. Most professional home stagers also require a three-month minimum contract, even if you sell the home in 24 hours. That could bring your final bill to over $7,200. Staged homes that the RJG has sold, on average sold for 98% of purchase price and were on the market 22 days less than similar priced homes. The National Associating of Realtors found that 50% of staged homes saw a 1-10% increase in dollar value offers from buyers.
