Shelley Courtney

Shelley, a North Scottsdale resident, mother of two ASU students, and owner of two large dogs, has a rich history of relocation, having moved every two years until her family settled in Denver during her high school years. Since 1993, she has been a part of the Phoenix Metro community. An alumna of the WP Carey Business School at Arizona State University, Shelley earned her degree in Marketing and subsequently built a successful career in the field, working for advertising agencies and serving as the Marketing Director at PF Chang’s China Bistro. In 2007, she launched her marketing consulting agency, The MEDIA Den, focusing on media planning and buying, and has since been dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing and advertising solutions, along with negotiating advantageous advertising media prices for her clients.

Combining her personal moving experiences with a deep interest and enthusiasm for real estate, Shelley expanded her professional repertoire by becoming a Realtor. She brings a unique personal insight and enthusiasm to the processes of buying, selling, and moving, aiming to make each of these experiences as smooth and rewarding as possible for her clients. Shelley is passionate about helping clients maximize their home sales and find their ideal residence, whether it's a primary home, a cozy winter retreat, or an investment property. Leveraging her extensive marketing background and strong negotiation skills, Shelley is committed to fulfilling and surpassing her clients’ expectations in finding their perfect home as a key member of The Raegen Johnson Group.
